April 21, 2020, Adrian, Michigan – The Engineering Program at Siena Heights University has entered into a new partnership with the Tech Center at the Lenawee Intermediate School District (LISD). The partnership gives the university’s engineering students the opportunity to take a welding course while the high school students at the Tech Center earn credits toward a welding degree or certificate.

The Adrian Dominican Sisters’ permaculture site also benefited from this partnership, as the participants worked together to create a rain barrel and water collection system for the site.
