Assistance Available for New Immigration Process for
Undocumented Spouses and Step-Children of U.S. Citizens
The Biden Administration recently announced a new immigration process for undocumented spouses and step-children of U.S. citizens that would allow them to remain in the U.S. with their families while applying for a green card.
Information about eligibility requirements is available at www.uscis.gov/keepingfamiliestogether. Please read this information carefully and be wary of scams. Those eligible can apply for this process no sooner than August 19, 2024.
