June 1, 2021, Adrian, Michigan – Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County recently hosted the blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony of a new house constructed through the organization’s Faith Build. Parishioners of Lenawee County churches participated in building and funding the house. Among those present was Sister Joanne Peters, OP, a Board member of the local Habitat for Humanity. The Faith Build was funded in part by a grant from the Adrian Dominican Sisters’ Ministry Trust Fund, which offers grants every year to non-profit organizations in which Sisters minister or volunteer.
