Sister Corinne Sanders, OP, Speaks of Permaculture as aspect of Sustainability

December 12, 2018, Adrian, Michigan – The Adrian Dominican Sisters, with sustainability efforts and Permaculture areas on campus, was one of three Congregations of Sisters showcased by The National Catholic Reporter’s Global Sisters Report for their environmental efforts. In the article, Sister Corinne Sanders, OP, Director of the Office of Sustainability, speaks of the Congregation’s six-year practice of permaculture – a design principle that works in harmony with nature in agriculture – and other ways in which the Congregation in working to reduce its ecological footprint.
