May 9, 2022, New York, New York – Sister Durstyne Farnan, OP, Dominican Sisters Conference United Nations NGO representative, invited representatives of the indigenous peoples of Brazil to her United Nations Forum on April 25, 2022, to speak about some of the justice issues they are facing, such as the take-over of indigenous lands by corporations. These issues were discussed during the April 25-May 6, 2022, Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues.
