Summer Lunch and Learn Sessions Focus on a Variety of Topics

April 13, 2026, Adrian, Michigan – This summer, enjoy lunch with old and new friends as you attend Weber Retreat and Conference Center’s Lunch and Learn series. Programs begin at 12:15 p.m each month on Wednesdays.

Upcoming Lunch and Learn sessions and their topics are as follows:

May 13, 2026: Lenawee Wine Trails. Justin Gifford, Executive Director of Visit Lenawee, presents a guided tour of our region’s wines, including the River Raisin Wine Trail. Flyer (PDF) 

June 10, 2026: Foot Solutions. Learn from the folks at Foot Solutions about issues such as knowing the right size shoe or if an orthotic could relieve your knee pain. Flyer (PDF) 

July 15, 2026: Adrian Campus Update. Jennifer Hunter, Chief Operating Officer of the Adrian Dominican Sisters, catches us up on changes at the Adrian Dominican Sisters Motherhouse Campus. Flyer (PDF) 

August 12, 2026: Keeping the Land Healthy. Adrian Dominican Sisters Co-workers Mike Walters, Permaculture Specialist, and Brad Frank, Director of Sustainability, share their efforts to banish invasive species, discuss why they are such a problem, and present ways to repair and regenerate the land. Flyer (PDF) 

Bring your lunch; drinks and dessert are available. Sessions are free and open to the public. No registration is needed.

You can also order and purchase your lunch from Weber Center at least two days in advance. For $8, you will receive your choice of egg salad, turkey and cheese, or chicken salad croissant sandwich with chips. To order, call 517-266-4000 or email [email protected].

Weber Center is on the campus of the Adrian Dominican Sisters Motherhouse, Adrian, Michigan. On East Siena Heights Drive, turn into the driveway between Adrian Rea Literacy Center and the solar panel-covered carport. Follow the signs to Weber Center.
