October 5, 2026, Adrian, Michigan – A writing workshop offered by Weber Retreat and Conference Center focuses on moments in our lives when, like the autumn leaves, we undergo changes, moving from one season to another.
The workshop, As Leaves Are Falling, is being planned for 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Weber Center. The hybrid program – in person or via Zoom – offers writers at all levels of experience the opportunity to write about a time in their lives when they faced changes and to share their just-written work with the rest of the group.
The writing workshop is facilitated by Sister Tarianne DeYonker, OP, a certified leader of Amherst Writers and Artists Workshops.
The cost is $35, and registration is required. Visit www.webercenter.org and click on “programs,” call 517-266-4000, or email [email protected]. Limited scholarships are available. A Zoom link will be sent before the workshop.
Weber Center is on the campus of the Adrian Dominican Sisters Motherhouse, Adrian, Michigan. On East Siena Heights Drive, turn into the driveway between Adrian Rea Literacy Center and the solar panel-covered carport. Follow the signs to Weber Center.
