What's Happening

January 5, 2019, Adrian, Michigan – Barbara Wall, PhD, explores the meaning of nature and the common good through the lens of Catholic social teaching documents from 1891 to recent years. Her workshop, “Our Relationship to Nature from Rerum Novarum to Laudato Si’,” is from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Dr. Wall, Associate Professor of Philosophy and Vice President for Mission and Ministry at Villanova University, has designed and implemented a variety of initiatives to sharpen Villanova’s commitment to its Catholic identity and Augustinian heritage.

November 5, 2018, Atlanta, Georgia – Just days before the Tree of Life Synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, Sister Mary Priniski, OP, spoke of the need for interfaith unity and respect for all human beings. She was addressing the fourth annual Repairing the World gathering of Jewish people and Catholics, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Atlanta and the Atlanta Chapter of the American Jewish Committee.
