For more than a century, the Adrian Dominican Sisters have established numerous institutions in the United States and some overseas that have furthered the Mission of the Congregation. The Congregation continues to sponsor the following schools, hospitals, and literacy centers where lay women and men work in partnership with Sisters to carry forward the legacy.

Schools
Rosarian Academy, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, offers pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade students a strong foundational education, with emphasis on leadership development and awareness of the world’s needs.
Regina Dominican, a college preparatory school in Wilmette, Illinois, offers young women excellence in Catholic education. The school fosters peace, truth, and justice within its community and challenges each student to develop leadership for life.
Barry University offers its diverse student population an affordable education that combines hands-on training and a broad arts and sciences curriculum with the warmth of the Miami Shore area and a strong Dominican tradition.
Siena Heights University enrolls a diverse community of traditional-age and working adult students. The University is headquartered in Adrian, with degree completion centers at seven sites in Michigan, as well as an award-winning online program.
Hospitals
Dominican Hospital is a nonprofit, full-service hospital that continuously strives to improve the health of the people in the Santa Cruz, California, community. Essential to this mission are the core values of dignity, excellence, collaboration and justice.
St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is the only not-for-profit, religiously sponsored hospital system in the Henderson-Las Vegas community. Guided by the vision and values of the Adrian Dominican Sisters, St. Rose serves the community at three campuses: Rose de Lima and Siena in Henderson and St. Martin in Las Vegas.
Literacy Centers
The Dominican Rea Literacy Corporation serves as the umbrella for six literacy centers sponsored by the Adrian Dominican Sisters to offer free tutoring and other services to adult learners. The centers offer an adult basic literacy program for native English speakers, as well as English as a Second Language program.
