January 5, 2019, Adrian, Michigan – Barbara Wall, PhD, explores the meaning of nature and the common good through the lens of Catholic social teaching documents from 1891 to recent years. Her workshop, “Our Relationship to Nature from Rerum Novarum to Laudato Si’,” is from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019.
Dr. Wall, Associate Professor of Philosophy and Vice President for Mission and Ministry at Villanova University, has designed and implemented a variety of initiatives to sharpen Villanova’s commitment to its Catholic identity and Augustinian heritage.

January 4, 2019, Adrian, Michigan – Weber Retreat and Conference Center continues its popular Lunch and Learn Series with a variety of topics. The free series, open to the public, is from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Weber Center’s Common Room.
Registration is not required, and all are welcome. Bring your lunch and enjoy drinks and desserts provided by Weber Center.
