December 3, 2015, Paris, France – In an article written for the National Catholic Reporter’s Global Sisters Report, Sister Elise García, OP, notes the “high expectations” of many participants of the Paris climate summit. Some of this is attributed to the influence of the non-credentialed civil society members, who present “side events” on the issue of global climate change.
