August 21, 2026, Adrian, Michigan – Would you like to learn about spiritual habits that can slow the aging in your cells, keep your brain healthy, reduce stress, and bring more happiness and compassion into your life?
Popular speaker Anne Kertz Kernion offers these tips and perspectives in her workshop, Spirituality and Neuroscience: Nourishing our Well-Being at Weber Retreat and Conference Center. The weekend program begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday, September 18, 2026, and concludes at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, September 20, 2026. In addition to talks, the weekend includes contemplative time and optional creative art projects. No art skills are required.
Anne combines insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, and theology to cultivate and encourage our daily spiritual practices that nourish our well-being. A former adjunct professor at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she is the award-winning author of three books, including The Four Connections: How to Flourish by Aligning our Beliefs, Body, Brain, and Bonds.
