(1927 – 2014) Sister Geraldine McNamara was born on March 27, 1927, in Chicago to John and Bertha (Monahan) McNamara. She was the fifth of their six children, preceded by James, John, Jerome and Robert and followed by William. The McNamaras were a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins who often gathered at their home for Sunday dinners and holiday celebrations. More about Sister Geraldine McNamara (pdf)
