07/28/16: Thirty one years ago during a hot and humid summer in Akron OH, I had the pleasure of sharing community life with Judith and other professed Adrian Dominican Sisters. Judith showed her love for the "AD's" through her prayer life, , her apostolic outreach and her cooking. I recall the first and only time that I had Chicken Parprikash. She took all day to cook with special family recipe for us. It was our last meal together for the summer and was a very special time together. May her soul be in the joyful peace of our Lord!
Our Adrian Dominican cemetery with its circular headstones is a beautiful place of rest for women who gave their lives in service to God — and a peaceful place for contemplation and remembrance.
